AT&T had announced last year that its Warner Media would amalgamate with Discovery to create a new streaming platform to compete with the big players in the streaming market.
The new company was announced to be named Warner Bros. Discovery and would be one of the biggest conglomerates in the USA.
The company is planning to create engaging content for its subscribers across its varied portfolio which includes Discovery+ and HBO MAX. AT&T is also solidified it strategies when it announced that it would seemingly work to boost the programming options across linear television and broadcast channels globally, and offer more original content.
