Bitcoin surpassed $50,000 for the first price in three months today, as investors re-entered the cryptocurrency in search of a bargain. The largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization reached $50,152.24, its highest level since mid-May, up 2.5 percent.
Bitcoin has recovered after trading in a band of $30,000 to $40,000 for many weeks after falling from a high of $65,000 in mid-April. Nonetheless, it has increased considerably in the last year.
According to CoinDesk, Ether, the second largest cryptocurrency and the unit linked to the Ethereum blockchain, has soared to $3,321. Dogecoin, on the other hand, was up 1% to $0.32 while trading. Other digital currencies, including as Stellar, Uniswap, XRP, Litecoin, and Cardano, have all seen increases in the previous 24 hours.
