Total Office Solutions, North East Ltd (TOS NE Ltd) has been acquired by CORK-BASED National Business Machines (NBM), a leader in workplace technology solutions and creative IT solutions, to enable continued growth in Ireland.

NBM, which was founded in 1985 and has its headquarters in Cork with offices all across the country, stated that the acquisition of TOS NE is a part of its customer-centric strategy to increase the range of services it offers to clients throughout Ireland.

Monaghan-centered For almost 20 years, TOS NE has been a regional supplier of workplace solutions in Ireland’s northeast.

Customers of NBM will now gain from TOS NE’s extensive background in technology, office supplies, and digital infrastructure.

NBM intends to treble its staff and invest over €10 million in growing its workplace solutions and IT capabilities for customers over the next five years. NBM is the largest premier partner of Xerox products and services in Ireland.

The most recent development occurs one year after NBM’s most recent expansion into Northern Ireland, which was made possible by a £1.8 million investment in the establishment of Innovative Workplace Solutions (IWS), a subsidiary company.

Michael Galvin, the managing director and founder of NBM, expressed his excitement for the company’s future in Ireland.
